It includes the urban center of the city and its hinterland. Slowly but without pauses, the population growth pushes the urbanization toward the suburbs, occupying the areas known as Vegas (Plains).

The attractions range from the concentration of services offered by the city in its center, to agrotourism that has been developed in the surrounding areas, visiting the Coast, the Civic Center, Historic Heritage and tours in the city.
