The main things to visit in San Martín de los Andes and the area

Day 1 :

Check-in

City tour, lake front pier and/or nearby neighborhoods

Chapelco Summer Resort. Open from 10.30am to 6.30pm. The following activities are available: zip lining, horseback riding, artificial climbing wall, biking, hiking, paintball, archery, mini-golf, summer toboggan runs, hiking to the summit, mountain boarding, zorbing and paragliding.

Day 2 :

Option 1. Junín de los Andes, CEAN (Center of Applied Ecology in the Province of Neuquén). Visit Lake Huechulafquen, enjoy a close view of the Lanin Volcano.

Option 2. Yuco, Nonthue, Hua Hum. Visit the waterfall. (driving or cruising the lake, the motorboat departs from San Martín Pier).

Theatre, cinema or pub.

Day 3 :

Option 1. In summer, drive to Catritre beach or visit Quila Quina (cruising the lake or driving). Chapelco Summer Resort.

Option 2. In winter, go skiing in Chapelco. Enjoy a hot chocolate and a slice of cake in a Tea House.

Afternoon: Visit the local craftsmen and manufacturers.
